Orders, order numbers and Billing
Where to find your orders, how order numbers work and what each status means.
Billing lists your orders, their payment status and their invoices, including orders from the older Producer Tools site.
Order numbers
Each order has a short order number made of the two-digit year the order was placed and five letters or numbers, for example 26T45KL. Use this number whenever you contact us about an order.
Order details
Open an order to see what you bought, its status and its invoice. Pending wire orders also show their payment instructions.
Currency
Orders show the currency they were paid in. Card and PayPal orders are in US dollars. Wire orders are in euros. Older orders without a recorded currency are shown in US dollars.
Older orders
Billing shows orders from the current year and the nine previous years.
