Signing in to My NYIOOC
How to sign in, and what to do if you used Producer Tools before.
You sign in to My NYIOOC with your email address. All pages except the sign-in page require you to be signed in.
If you used Producer Tools before
Sign in with the same email address you used for Producer Tools. Your producers, brands, past entries, results and orders from the older site are linked to that address, so using it lets you see your history in My NYIOOC.
If you're new
Create an account on the sign-in page with the email address you want to use for the competition. Then add your first producer and brand. See Adding and completing a producer profile.
Can't sign in?
Check that you're using the email address you used for Producer Tools or when you first registered.
If you're waiting for a verification code by email, check your spam or junk folder.
If you still can't get in, write to the competition team. See Getting help from the competition team.
