Changing or withdrawing an entry
What you can do if you entered the wrong brand or no longer want to compete with one.
Once a brand has been entered, you can't swap it for a different brand yourself.
Ask for an entry to be withdrawn
Open Support and start a new conversation.
Tell us which entry to withdraw and why.
A NYIOOC administrator can withdraw the entry. The entry credit returns to your account with its original expiry date, so you can use it for another brand.
Refunds
Entry fees are not refundable. A withdrawn entry gives you back the credit, not the payment.
Changing brand details
To correct a brand's details rather than replace it, edit the brand in Brands. Some details are locked after shipping. See How editorial review works.
