Your shipping document: slips, sample invoice and packing instructions
What's in the PDF you download for each shipment, and how to use each part.
When you create a shipment, My NYIOOC prepares one PDF with everything you need. Download it from the shipment in Sample Shipping.
What's inside
Part | What to do with it |

Brand slips with barcodes | Put each brand's slip in the box with that brand's samples. The barcode identifies your entry. |
Sample invoice | Give it to your courier or attach it to the box for customs. It lists the samples and their declared values. |
Packing instructions | Follow them when packing. They include the receiving address. |
Downloading marks the entry as Shipped
Your entries show Shipped after you download the document. This doesn't mean a courier has collected or delivered your box.
Documents stay the same
Your document keeps the address, instructions and values that applied when you created the shipment, even if you download it again later.
