How to ship your samples
Create a shipment in Sample Shipping, download your shipping document and send your samples during the shipping period.
After your entries are paid and your brands are chosen, send samples of each brand to NYIOOC. You prepare everything in Sample Shipping.
Create a shipment
Open Sample Shipping.
Choose how you'll ship. Use your own courier, or the NYIOOC Shipping Service if it's offered. See Choosing how to ship your samples.
Select the brands in this box. One shipment can include several brands.
Enter the details for each brand: the package size in mL, the number of packages and the declared value.
Enter where the samples ship from: the sender's address and a contact phone number.
Review and create your shipment. My NYIOOC prepares your sample invoice and barcodes.
Download the shipping instructions and follow them to pack and send your box. See Your shipping document.
After you send the box
Your entries show Shipped once you've downloaded the shipping document.
Each brand changes to Received when NYIOOC checks in its samples, and you're notified. See What happens when your samples arrive.
