Changing your name, email address and language
Update your account details and install My NYIOOC on your phone or computer.
Open User settings from your account menu, or go to User settings.
Change your name
Edit your first and last name and save.
Change your email address
In Email address, enter the new email address.
We send a 6-digit code to the new address.
Enter the code to confirm the change.
Until you confirm, your current address stays in use. If the code expires, cancel and start again.
Site language
Use the language menu at the top right of any page. My NYIOOC is available in English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Croatian, Greek and Turkish. Your producer and brand information isn't translated; it's shown as you wrote it.
Install the app
Under Install app, you can add My NYIOOC to your home screen or desktop for quick access to your entries, results and account.
